This beautiful, luxury executive house, cottage is on two beaches - one on the Bay of Fundy and the other on a salt water marsh which opens and fills with the tide. The Beach House is the only vacation rental property in Fox River which is directly on the beach. The vacation house, cottage has 13 picture size windows, which bring the outdoors inside all year.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and a balcony; 2nd bedroom has two antique double beds; an upstairs sunroom has a futon which makes into a big double bed - this room leads to a south facing balcony. The bathroom on this floor has a spa bath.
Downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen makes living easy, and the eating/sitting area has a beach rock fireplace. This area leads to an enclosed sunroom - a great place to watch the sun set and to view birds and butterflies. A large dining room is ideal for projects or entertaining. The downstairs office has a day bed which makes into 2 singles or a double. The bathroom on this floor has a shower.
Outdoors, there are loads of lawn chairs, a swing set for the kids, and a gas barbeque.
The Beach House is meant to be your home away from home - all you need to bring is your food. Amenities include satellite tv (vcr & dvd), internet access, books, games, puzzles and outdoor games.
The Beach House is near the following attractions:
2 kilometers from Age of Sail Shipbuilding Museum in Port Greville: 15 kilometers from Fundy Geological Museum and the Ship's Company Theatre in Parrsboro; 30 kilometers from Cape Chignecto Park.
The Beach House is wonderful for adults, families and children, couples and single visitors - all year long.
