The Bellevue B&B is an 1891 restored Victorian home located on the Cape Girardeau regiser of historic landmarks. The home boasts original carved woodwork, stained glass, pocket doors and ceiling stencil designs reminiscent of the original motifs. The four lovely guest rooms have private baths, queen size beds, cable television and computer access. Two baths have whirlpool tubs for two. Guests may relax in one of two parlors, the front porch or back deck with firepit. Guests are welcomed with "Tollhouse" cookies and fresh flowers from the back gardens. A refrigerator is stocked with complimentary bottled water and sodas. Visitors celebrating special occasions will usually find their rooms decorated accordingly! A full and delicious breakfast is served daily in Victorian Red dining room. The Bellevue B&B is conveniently located in the historic district of Cape Girardeau. Guests may walk to fine restaurants, antique stores, shopping and the Mississippi River. Two excellent golf courses, a state park and Southeast Missouri State University are all within easy access of the Bellevue. The Cape is less than two hours from St. Louis.
