Cancellation fee:
There will be a $25 administration fee on all cancelled reservations, regardless of two-weeks notice or not. Two or more nights, a $50 cancellation fee will be applicable. Three or more nights, 10% of the reservation will be applicable.
Cancellation policy: If a cancellation is necessary 14 days or less before your arrival, you will be charged for the full amount of the reservation unless we are able to re-book the room.
